Sabrina Raley brings over 20 years of experience in trucking and logistics to her role in the Transportation Division at Barnard Donegan Insurance. Before transitioning into insurance, she served in leadership roles such as Terminal Manager, Operations Leader, and Safety Director—most recently overseeing a fleet of over 270 trucks and more than 65,000 annual deliveries across both interstate and intrastate routes.

Her extensive operational background, paired with her passion for the trucking industry, gives her a unique ability to understand and support clients from a place of firsthand experience. She has managed everything from DOT audits and compliance reviews to high-stakes situations like accident response and rising fuel costs. Her deep understanding of FMCSA regulations, risk mitigation, and fleet operations allows her to guide clients toward smarter coverage and proactive planning before issues arise.

Sabrina is certified in Risk Mitigation, Fleet Accident Investigation, FMCSA Safety Audit/CSA Overview, and Alcohol and Controlled Substances, and she holds a Safety Director Certification from the North American Transportation Institute (NATMI). Her leadership style is built on accountability, coaching, and results—developing high-performing teams and processes that directly support customer satisfaction and safety.
